Welcome to the Lanikai Suite! Enjoy luxury island living with ocean views in this newly remodeled, beach house themed condo, named after Oahu's most famous East side beach.

Located right in the heart of Waikiki on the 28th floor of the popular Waikiki Banyan (Tower 2), this is the perfect place to create your ultimate Hawaii vacation, island escape, or dream honeymoon. The ocean-facing, one-bedroom unit sleeps four people and comes complete with sweeping ocean views so you can watch the surfers and sailboats from your own private lanai.

For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned suite has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, along with a dining countertop for up to four people. Order out or cook in!  The master bedroom features a King size bed and 50 inch smart TV for streaming your own shows, while the living room/theater room includes  a queen- size sleeper sofa and a 65 inch 4k flat screen TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound and dimmable lighting. This luxurious condo also features a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower offering rainfall, waterfall, or spray options. 

All linens and towels, including beach towels are provided, and the laundry room is conveniently located a couple doors down if you need it.  You can also load up on groceries on your way here because unlike other rentals this close to Waikiki Beach, parking is FREE for our guests. 

Working remotely? Digital nomads will love the free fiber-optic 500+ mbs  high-speed internet which you can access from anywhere in the unit, and then hit the beach in your free time!

The Waikiki Banyan also has one of the largest recreation decks in Waikiki. Located  on the sixth floor you have free access to a large pool, two jet spas, a sauna, and gas barbecue grills with tables for a family cookout. Parents will also enjoy the children's playground, on-site coffee shop, mini-mart, and 24 hour security with NO RESORT FEES.  Bike rental is available out front. 

The Waikiki Banyan is only a short walk from the best part of Waikiki Beach with protected swimming lagoons, surfing, and great sand, all public and free! The Banyan is also near Starbucks and some of the best restaurant and entertainment options in all of Hawaii. A short walk east brings you to the Waikiki Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and a beautiful grassy beachside park great for picnics or just relaxing near the water.  If all of this isn't enough for you, then jump in your rental car and explore the many hidden beaches, waterfalls and historical sights around the island.

•    There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1

•    There is a change  machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2 for laundry or barbecue coins

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:

Check in: after 3:00 PM (NO front desk)

Early check-ins are subject to availability. If you wish to check in at 1:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. If you wish to check in at 10:00 am, an additional fee of $75 will be charged. A check-in earlier than 10:00 am would require booking an additional night. Please contact Midway Vacations to see if this request can be arranged. 

Check out: before 10:00 AM (remember to leave the parking pass and garage key in the unit)

Late check-outs are subject to availability. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 1:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 3:00 pm, an additional fee of $75 will be charged. A later checkout time than 3:00 pm would require booking an additional night. Please contact Midway Vacations to see if this request can be arranged. 

HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20 minutes' ride – Uber/Taxi Prices are around $35 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon airport arrival.  If driving yourself use your GPS and follow signs for H1 east to the  King Street exit.   CHECKOUT CLEANING: 

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.

There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES: 

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, tea, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and bar soap. 

Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. We are able to provide extra amenities for an additional charge. If interested, please contact us.

LINENS & TOWELS: 

We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit card operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, we cannot provide a  refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
