⚠️Important Note: Elevator Upgrade

From July 14, 2025, to July 2026, Pacific Monarch will be upgrading its elevators. Two will remain in service while one is out at a time. Please expect longer wait times, especially during check-in and check-out. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. We appreciate your patience during this improvement project.

● Check-out: by 10:00 AM

● For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
