This West facing 15th floor unit has fabulous views of the Waikiki skyline, part of the ocean and the mountains from your lanai (balcony), where you can also see the weekly Friday night fireworks. Just a few walking minutes away from the warm sands and blue water of our world most famous beaches.
For your convenience and comfort, this split air conditioned unit has an open floor plan with a queen size bed, flat screen TV with cable, a reclining sleeper sofa and a coffee table. The lanai with beautiful views is equipped with a table and 2 chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes and silverware.
Wireless high-speed INTERNET and cable TV at no extra charge.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, tea, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. We are able to provide extra amenities for an additional charge. If interested, please contact us.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.
Beach essentials include beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler bag.
Hotel amenities include the aforementioned swimming pool and BBQ/sundeck area, along with 2 snack machines (paid), 2 ice machine (free), ATM, coin operated laundromat and comfortable lobby area.
The lobby is open 24/7.
Check in: after 3:00 PM (Front desk)
An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. If you wish to check in from 1:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. If you wish to check in from 10:00 am, an additional fee of $75 will be charged. This is subject to availability (as another guest may be checking out the same day you check in). An earlier check-in than 10:00 am would require and additional night to be booked.

A later check-out can possibly be arranged. If you wish to extend your checkout time until 1:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. A later checkout time than 3:00 pm would require an additional night to be booked.

PARKING:
Please note this is a privately owned unit. The parking capacity in the building is limited and hotel guests have priority. The parking spot cannot be reserved, it works on a first come first serve basis; if there is availability, it costs $40.00 per day, payable directly to the front desk. When you arrive, you can park on the driveway for a short time, then ask the front desk agent if there is parking available. If available, they will require you to register the vehicle providing license plate number, color, make and model. We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
