While Helenaโ€™s Hawaiian Food is well known for serving the best Kalua pig in the town, this time, we tried a new place and really couldnโ€™t get the taste out of our palates. The Surfing Pigโ€™s Kalua pig sandwich is something that youโ€™ve got to try. It was seasoned with the right flavor, making it one of the most delicious meals we have had.

When we visited the place, we first went to Minasaโ€™s stall and had their delicious lechon fries and famous ube churros, which were sweet and crisp. We then moved forward and had the most amazing chipotle-flavored Corn on a Cob from Corn Onoz, Hawaii.

This is one of the best places to visit with your family. You can find delicious food, shop for gift items, get your happy treats from the food trucks, and a lot more! We had a really great time here. They are open every Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM, so do plan a visit if possible.

Tacos & Korean Food โ€“ Ono Grindz

Tacos & Korean Food โ€“ Ono Grindz

If you are craving delicious food, try the Hawaii Ono Grindz food truck. Trust me, food trucks in Hawaii serve great food. We recently tried the tacos at Ono Grindz, and we were quite pleased overall.

The chicken taco stood out with its perfectly crispy fried chicken and just the right amount of seasoning. The sauce was a delightful mix of tangy, spicy, and sweet flavors, which beautifully complemented the cabbage and kimchi sourness.

Next, we tried the fish taco, which was flavorful and moist, though it could have benefited from a bit more sauce. Despite this, the combination of fish and vegetables was enjoyable.

The overall quality and taste make Ono Grindz worth a visit. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys tacos or Korean cuisine.
