As part of our commitment to excellence, we require a thorough deep clean before we list your property as well as the installation of our integrated locking system. We cover the cost of the installation of the locking system, but the expense for the equipment is the responsibility of the owner.

Our management fee covers a wide range of services including but not limited to: guest communication and support, property maintenance, housekeeping, linen & terry program, routine inspections, marketing and advertising, and 24/7 emergency support. We work closely with our property owners to tailor our services to meet their specific needs and ensure their complete satisfaction. In addition, we provide detailed monthly statements and reports, so owners can easily track their property's performance and profitability.
Normal wear-and-tear will necessitate periodic maintenance and small repairs to keep your property looking and performing at its best. Midway Vacations performs quarterly deep cleanings and carpet cleanings, replacement of pillows, comforters, and mattress pad/protectors, along with other household inventory items necessary for the comfort of your guests.
At Midway Vacations, we handle all housekeeping and maintenance operations with our own in-house teams, available 7 days a week. This allows us to provide consistently high-quality service, quick response times, and a superior guest experience.
Cleaning Services
We charge a cleaning fee to the guests after each stay, which covers the cost of professional checkout cleanings. In addition, we perform a thorough deep cleaning of your property every six months to maintain high standards and extend the life of furnishings and appliances. The cost of these deep cleanings is charged to the property owner.
Linens and Towels
Midway provides all high-quality linens and towels for guest use at no cost to the property owner. We take care of laundering, restocking, and maintaining them to ensure they are always fresh and guest-ready.
Maintenance
Our dedicated maintenance team works daily to address any issues quickly and efficiently. We handle both guest-related and routine wear-and-tear maintenance to keep your property in top condition.
