How much are the upfront costs to list my property?
At Midway Vacations, we understand that every property is unique, and as such, the upfront costs to list your property may vary. However, we believe that investing in the presentation of your property is crucial for maximizing your rental income.
As part of our commitment to excellence, we require a thorough deep clean before we list your property as well as the installation of our integrated locking system. We cover the cost of the installation of the locking system, but the expense for the equipment is the responsibility of the owner.
Additionally we provide complimentary professional staging and photography services to ensure that your property is showcased in the best possible light.
At Midway Vacations, we pride ourselves on our commitment to transparency and fairness. That's why we never charge administrative fees to list a property. -

What’s included in the management fee?
Our management fee covers a wide range of services including but not limited to: guest communication and support, property maintenance, housekeeping, linen & terry program, routine inspections, marketing and advertising, and 24/7 emergency support. We work closely with our property owners to tailor our services to meet their specific needs and ensure their complete satisfaction. In addition, we provide detailed monthly statements and reports, so owners can easily track their property's performance and profitability.

What are some of the normal expenses incurred by the rental program?
Normal wear-and-tear will necessitate periodic maintenance and small repairs to keep your property looking and performing at its best. Midway Vacations performs quarterly deep cleanings and carpet cleanings, replacement of pillows, comforters, and mattress pad/protectors, along with other household inventory items necessary for the comfort of your guests.

What about cleaning services, linens, and maintenance?
Guests are charged a cleaning fee prior to their arrival, which pays for their check out cleaning.
Our housekeeping team performs a deep cleaning of your unit every four months to ensure ongoing guest satisfaction and the sustainability of your home. The difference between the checkout cleaning fee and the cost of the deep cleaning will be charged and deducted from your revenue proceeds. A clean and well-maintained property will help maximize your income.
Our experienced in-house maintenance team takes exceptional care of your property, coordinating the replacement of items damaged by normal wear and tear and scheduling larger repairs and maintenance projects as needed to keep your investment in optimal condition. We also manage professional upgrades and renovations, ensuring that your property is always attractive to potential guests. -
Will I be able to see confirmed reservations?
Absolutely! Transparency is key in building a long term relationship with our property owners. You’ll have access to the Owner Portal and can view all reservations made for your property, 24/7/365.
