Exterior Features

The condo itself boasts a spacious balcony with views of the mountains. Enjoy coffee, a meal, or just sit out in the beautiful island weather at the cozy low-top table for two.

The community also has outdoor features to enjoy. Spend time on the sprawling covered patio on the ground floor. A large pool surrounded by adjustable chaise lounges is a great place to soak up the island sun, along with an upper deck that hosts two hot tubs. If you’re not interested in the pool area, there is a surrounding area featuring multiple stone picnic tables and built-in stainless steel BBQ grills where you can prepare and serve an al fresco meal!

If there are kids in the group, they can burn off some energy in the play area: the play structure offers hours of entertainment, including multiple slides, stairs, and more to keep them busy. On top of all that, Waikiki Beach is within walking distance, meaning you can be down by the water in no time!

Interior Amenities

Step into the beautiful unit and it’s welcoming and cozy foyer. Continue on into a great room with natural light spilling in from the tall glass windows and sliding door to the outdoor space with mountain and golf course views! The bright great room with ten-foot ceilings combines the daily functions of living, cooking, and dining into one. Wood floors run throughout the unit, and host comfortable furnishings. Take a seat on the couch, or a comfortable chair and enjoy a movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV or plan the day.

At mealtime, turn to the fully equipped kitchen. The open, yet cozy space features a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and a myriad of cabinets and drawers. Open any one of them to find the many utensils and cookware you need for delicious home-cooked meals. The kitchen island doubles as prep space as well as the dining area. The bar side seats four.

At the end of a day full of Hawaiian fun and adventure, get a good night’s sleep. The bedroom hosts a king bed, night tables with lamps, and a desk with a chair. It will be difficult to get any work done there, as the desk faces the breathtaking mountain view. Close the sliding door for extra privacy.

The en suite bath hosts a walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity with extra counter space. A second sleeping space can be found in the living room.
