Once we were there, the place was soooo great! Itโs super central and walking distance to everything. The place was very clean and it fit all 5 of us adults. Kihei is great location
Kihei is great location on the island by itself, and apartments are situated just perfect. 2 minutes to the beautiful beach, 3 groceries around, lots of restaurants. All necessary things for a vacation are in the apartments. We were really surprised to find beach umbrellas, gear for snorkeling and surfing, yoga mat. Owners are very pleasant and ready to help:) our best vacation ever!

Also the answers provided were very prompt, professional, and helpful! The instructions you sent a week prior to our departure were very thorough and simple to follow. Nothing to change there. Superbly done. Finally, I just wanted to thank you once again for allowing me to keep the parking pass after the check-out. I mean that was truly amazing, i.e. I honestly didn't expect you'd offer that, and was very grateful when you did. Absolutely a 5-STAR place! My family really loves it, and we will definitely book it again next time when we go to Hawaii! Perfect for family stays! Comfortable and clean with an amazing ocean view. The queen bed and the two sofa beds are big and comfortable. My mom even liked the sofa bed more. Full kitchen and dining table for families. The cleaning lady was super nice and tried to help us find the clothes we lost.

Great place to stay for an awesome price!The instructions for check in on where to find the key and also accessing the elevator and room was easy and fast but also made me feel secure since you need the fob to access the elevator as well as to choose a floor. Only hard part was finding the entrance to the parking garage since they were doing construction on the road in front of the building so we could not turn down that road to get to the entrance and had to find the back gate to gain access into the parking garage but once we figured out where it was it was easy to find the keybox and parking stall and once construction is done for the day the back gate is locked and the front entrance is free to use. The place was beautiful and spacious and looks exactly like the pictures with A/C in every room and the kitchen was great and had everything we could possibly need to cook or even bake. The beds are on the firmer side and the pillows are soft. The couch is so comfortable that my friend didn't even need to pull out the fold out bed. The view on the rooftop was amazing and you need to check it out when you stay here and the pool was perfect for a quick dip or the hot tub for a nice soak. The communication with the host was quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again or maybe try out another place from this host.

This condo was perfect.. We were able to fit our family of 5 comfortably.. I thought the location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the beach and restaurants and shops all around. The first thing I noticed when walking in was the cleanliness... The place was Spotless, which is the most important thing for me :) The kitchen was well stocked and they provided beach towels and boogie boards for our use. Great pool and hot tub too - the view from the room was amazing. Free parking was definitely a plus and instructions that were provided for check in was on point. This will be my 1st choice to stay next time I return and have already recommended this place to my sister for her upcoming visit.

One of the BEST on AirBnB!! Our family of four (2 small kids- 1 & 4 years old & my husband and I) stayed for 8 days. As a Mom of little ones, I was worried about the accommodations being adequate for our needs. This condo surpassed all expectations. Midway Realty did an incredible job at making us feel welcome: easy and quick instructions on check-in/out and general Q&As and extremely prompt at responding to my emails. The room was incredible. The pictures don't do the views justice. Diamond Head from the kitchen window and the gorgeous Pacific out the bedroom and living room windows. The dรฉcor was updated (unlike the typical old Hawaiian dingy dรฉcor everywhere else) and the furniture and sheets/towels felt clean and fresh. The small touches made a huge difference: Check-in chocolates, easy to use WiFi and TV, coffee, toiletries, beach supplies AND, per my request, they had a pack& play already set-up for us (HUGE as I didn't have to travel with one!). 2 short blocks to the beach on a nice and quiet neighborhood and very close to the main-street with easy access to the trolleys/buses and tons of shops/restaurants nearby. the beach access if very easy and you don't have to bother with renting a chair and umbrella ($25 for 3 hours) as they provide one with beach towels and a boogie board. (Amazing!) Please stay here and don't consider anywhere else. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5 if you have small ones or even a party of two. Bravo Midway Realty. I can't wait to stay here again. Great Location, Great view
This was a great condo to rent. My first priority was to have a lanai with a view. That was totally met, great lanai and View! I really enjoyed having an end condo as the air flow was great when I opened all the windows. I used the AC very little. The Bed was very comfortable too, but the sofa/futon was hard. The weather was perfect and I had a great stay.

We loved our stay at the Waikiki Banyan 2114. The Queen bed was very comfortable & I liked that the bedroom had sliding doors for privacy from the living room. The location was perfect & it was very convenient to have the laundry room next door. At first I was worried it would be noisy but I never heard the washer or dryer while it was going. My boys loved the pool and rec area. We would stay there again.

Amazing and spotless condo
We stayed 6 nights at this vacation rental and it was absolutely amazing. It was spotlesso, which is a major requirement for my wife. It was quiet and most days we had the pool to ourselves. Beach access was right on the other side of the pool. Thank you for making our time in Maui amazing!

The condo we rented was very spacious. Cupboard were stocked with dishes and almost any cooking pan or utensil you'd need to prepare your own meals instead of eating out all the time. A gorgeous beach is just a short walk straight down the side entrance road to the condo units. The pool on site is very clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Ali'i Kai C304 Great stay at the Waikiki Banyan, excellent value for money I booked this apartment online. The photographs were all current as this was how it looked when we arrived. Not a luxury apartment, but very clean and comfortable for our family of 4, kids aged 17 and 11. 2 queen size beds in one bedroom and sofa bed in living area. An older apartment, but still clean, tidy and great value for money. Pool and BBQ area very clean and noticed the cleaners out there every morning. Instructions to get into our apartment were easy to understand. Washing machine on the floor was easy to use, just need your own quarters and washing powder. Wi-Fi was good to have, free car park was good as we hired a car for a few days. I loved that we were only a block from the beach down on Diamond Head end of the beach side, but very central to everything. Public transport easy to get to from the apartment just around the corner. I was very happy with our stay at this apartment located in Tower 1, Unit #1001.

My family and I enjoyed this condo! The location was exceptional, just a stroll away from Waikiki Beach and the Waikiki shopping malls and tourist areas. We rented a car, so having the parking pass was incredibly convenient. We cooked and made our own coffee so having the range and all the appliances was a luxury during our stay. The building also had a pool, tennis and basketball court, and bbqs that we took full advantage of. The only knock was the beds weren't as comfy as we would have liked, but overall, I would recommend this spot to anyone! Will stay again in the future!

Aloha! My friend and I decided to rent this condo for a 12 day Oahu vacation. Since we were both single it was a great location with walking distance to many restaurants, bars and clubs including a short walk to the beach. It is perfect for a girl's getaway or a couple with small children. The one bathroom would make it more difficult for larger parties. The coffee maker broke while we were there and the company was fast to replace it. There were only 2 small issues, one was the bathroom plug didn't work so we had to blow dry our hair in the kitchen (once they read this, i'm sure they will fix it ASAP as they are great), and two that they couldn't hold my bags after checkout since i was not an official guest of that hotel. I spoke to Christian and unfortunately the Waikiki Banyan will not change their policy due to space. I would stay there again and just pick an earlier flight. It was a lovely and clean condo with a great view of diamond head. Midway: Thank you for this great review. The plug in the bathroom has been repaired.

We, a family of six (myself, my wife, my parents and my in-laws), stayed at the Waikiki Banyan unit #1001 in mid-December for 5 days, 4 nights. The unit was as described and IMO, was more spacious than the photos appeared to be. More than adequate kitchen appliances/equipment. The building itself is old but the unit was very clean / well maintained with plenty of natural light. Nice view of Diamond Head from balcony. About a 5 minute walk to the beach / restaurants / main strip. Free parking in the building was great. We didn't make use of the pool, tennis courts or bbqs, but these were available. Coin laundry on the floor which was convenient. We found the unit to be spacious enough for 6 adults as most of our days were spent outside. There are 2 queen beds and the couch in the living room converts into a double. A sliding partition separates the bedroom and the living room. There is only one washroom but we had no issue with that. The sink/vanity is separate from the shower/toilet which was convenient. Ghislaine was my main contact and he was very responsive and accommodating. Check-in/out process was a breeze. For groceries, there is a Safeway nearby (5-7 min drive) with tourist prices. For the budget conscious, a stop at Costco may be worthwhile. I would stay in this unit again no hesitation. Thank you Ghislaine for a wonderful stay.

Usually I would book a hotel room every time I'd go on vacation but this time around I wanted something more. I wanted a place that could accommodate three adults and has a full kitchen so I picked this specific condo. I was a little leery but the end result was wonderful. This condo was exactly what I wanted and exactly how they described it to be. It was very roomy and clean. The kitchen was big and fully equipped with cooking utensils and the beds were big enough for all three of us. We all had a wonderful time there. I would definitely be renting from here again. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

The location, one block from the beach was fabulous!
We had a party of 5 and I was afraid it was going to be smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it wasn't. A little noisy at night until 10pm, but worth it for the great view of the pool and Diamond Head. Had great breezes but long vertical plastic blinds clattered when the wind blew. I would recommend changing the blinds and fixing the fan in the bathroom which has apparently been not working for some time.The location, one block from the beach was fabulous! Very easy to get around the city from here we needed a car and the free parking was a big plus many places charge 30$ or more per day you can walk one block to th beack and restaurants bus is easy to catch also unit was nice all you need to spend your vacation in comfort was a excellent value to be so close to everything nice pool and hot tub unit has a nice view of Diamonhead I will definitely try to stay here next trip if its available nice rental company also to work with

This condo is truly a gem, located on the 31st floor of a well maintained building located on a quiet street close to the Ali Wai Canal. As there are only 4 units per floor, everyone has a corner unit with panoramic views. The building is quiet and has a well maintained pool/sun deck with bathrooms, showers and saunas. Only a 4 block walk to Waikiki Beach which took us on average 15 minutes. ABC store on next corner and complete grocery store a block further. Condo was clean and well appointed. We will stay again!

We had a beautiful stay in Kihei and the condo was wonderful. We found it to be very well equipped with items that we didn't even know we needed and found great use of such as the cooler, equipment for the outdoor grills, drying rack on the lanai.. plus much more. Everything worked and functioned just as it should and the condo was very well stocked with towles, beach towels and everything we needed to feel very comfortable and at home for the week. The location of the property is perfect. There is a grocery store at the corner and another shopping center walking distance full of restaurants, a bank and the US Post Office. The photos from the listing are 100% accurate. The view is beautiful. We started and ended every day on the lanai or on the beach which is just steps away. The property management company was very professional making sure we were prepared for our stay. We had no reason to contact them while we were there. The check in and check out process was very simple. If and when we return to Kihei will be our go to stay Midway: Dear Tamara, thank you so much for your review. I booked this unit Last Minute; and it was the best that could happen to me. The unit is large, clean, perfectly equipped, and is very comfortable. I enjoyed eating fresh Maui fruit On The Lanai, watching the ocean. In the morning I just walked down to the Kamaole One Beach Park, which is just accross the street, to have a morning walk. Nicely renovated condo with new upgrades most everywhere; kitchen (new appliances), bedrooms (comfortable mattresses), bathrooms (step-in shower). This unit is a corner 2nd floor unit which offers nice privacy. Ground floor units don't really have private patios. Nice view which overlooks the grounds with ocean in background. Can relax or walk on beach (narrow) in pool area. BBQ area available for grilling. The complex is conveniently located and within a short driving distance to more upscale shopping like Wailea (if that's what you are looking for). This is a very nice unit in a relatively smaller complex (compared to the high rises further north) with recent upgrades. Good location to stay-put or travel to other parts of island. Great value. (Did not need to use property manager, so can not comment on that as I didn't have any issues during stay)

The most striking feature of the condo was its view; you can see the ocean and mountains from the balcony. It was very quiet, well-maintained, and in a great location near restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach. The manager of this property was also extremely helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I was completely happy with my stay and would chose this property again for future visits to Honolulu.

We are so glad we stayed in this apartment central to all locations. Our family of five stayed in this apartment and it was great There was plenty of room it was clean and tidy the perfect home away form home. The beds are so comfortable we had no trouble with the WiFi which was great for the kids..The apartment is well stocked with everything you need when you are on holidays We loved the hotel it self with the pool area one floor down was great and we spent alot of time in the pool area enjoying the sauna and hot tubs Location was great as well just a 3 Min walk to the Waikiki beach and all the main eateries we loved that we where located down the Diamond Head end of Waikiki with the breathtaking views and it was a bit quiter on the beach then the other end of Waikiki. I will be highly recommending this room to my friends back home that are planning a vacation to Hawaii. This was our first holiday booking through the home away from home site and would definitely use it again.
